Throughout this important process, we provide computer-aided drawings, finish and product samples, as well as our years of experience to help convert our client’s vision into reality.
PRODUCTION
Manufactured at our facility in Southern California, our expertly designed, custom built pieces are guaranteed to be free of defect and suitable for contract use. By utilizing a variety of hardwoods for the construction of each of our rich and solid furnishings, our client’s guests are provided with a resonating feeling of quality and distinction which leads to a positive branding experience.
We understand the importance of durability to our clients and our meticulous system if finishing has proven to be superior in both appearance and solidity. Our frames are constructed from kiln-dried, clear selected, solid American hardwoods of the heaviest stock available, joints are double doweled, corner blocked with cross rails as appropriate with screws, T-nails, resin coated staples and a generous application of wood glue. Webbing is elastic and reinforced, made up of sinuous springs of 8 gage wire with a minimum of 4” center or coiled springs. Back springs consist of 11 gage steel.
Our cushions are created with polyurethane high-density foam wrapped with bonded polyester kodel, providing comfort and durability. We also offer innerspring units and down wrapping as options.
